That is very simple if you will use common sense.
Well, as I am not a Citizen of this Islands; Being asked this Q. will do the following steps.
A. Open a google browser www.google.co.uk
Into the search bar I will type:
Philippines national symbols.
Many sites will appear.
One of them for example is ;
www.tagaloglang.com/learn/symbols.htm
Open that page and you get a list of.
Mga Pambansang Sagisag ng Pilipinas
National Symbols of the Philippines
Now you said you want pictures? Ok
Open again a google browser and above the search bar press on the word >>>> Images.
Symbol No-1 in the list is the Narra tree.
The scientific name of the Narra is
Pterocarpus indicus
Copy and paste that name into the google search bar which you have just tuned to Images, and strike the enter key....You will get lot of images and pictures.
And so continue with all other items.
In case like in the Philippine eagle the scientific name may not yield a Pic. Just type; Philippine eagle into the search bar.
Other Philippine term like: Tinikling,Barong Tagalog etc. will give you results too.
This is the list of Philippine national symbol you get from this site only.

Just forgot to add, that in order to get those pictures printed the cheapest way, ask a friend to let you borrow a USB memory card, to download those Pic. you have selected.
With that USB memory card you may go to Kodak center to develop to any size you wish.
If you have a digital camera with a USB connection you may download those Pic. into the camera memory card and develop it the same way.

thank you nnnnn for including our web site (www.ncca.gov.ph) in your reply. but you see, in our web site, we have only listed the official national symbols like the tree (Narra), bird (philippine eagle), flower (sampaguita), our national flag, of course, and the official seal of the republic of the philippines. as for the rest of the national symbols you mentioned, there are clearly no Presidential decrees or law naming them as such.
Again, here is our site:

I think the national fish should be LAPULAPU, but the Pinoy do not like a fish named after the Malay hero.
Lapu Lapu was not a PILIPINO, because he never came under the authority of King Philip.
Lapu Lapu was not a Pilipino, so why should the fish be called after him and become a national fish. But the fish was named after him for stubbornes and bravery.
About the Philippine Eagle hmmm. It took the Pinoy too many years to realize the Maya bird(the dismissed national bird) is nothing but a pest oh my god!!!!!!!!!! A pest as a national bird what a shame.
Ok about the Bangus, I really do not know why it was chosen, maybe just to fill the national fish slot.
But taste wise, the Lapulapu is better and a good fighter which will not give up when caught. But because LapuLapu, kick some Spaniards in their behinds, likely they never liked him and so those in charge naming national symbols maybe did not like such a fish too(too much politics in one fish LOL) .
Bangus is a commercial fish, so is the Galongong which price is the used as a barometer of the economic situation. So maybe the Galungoong should be chosen at least as the National statistics fish(NSF) LOL.
