A FOREIGNER CANNOT TAKE THE BROKER'S LICENSURE EXAM.
BUT A FOREIGNER CAN OWN A CONDOMINIUM UNIT UNDER HIS NAME EVEN IF HE'S NOT RESIDING IN THE PHILS.

I am a real estate broker from US-fil-am. Kailan po ang next scheduled seminar and review and the next examination date for broker exams? Can I advance paying the book and materials and attend the next available review later(at least the last review prior to the exam date). However, I need to pick-up my materials in advance. Please advise> Thanks..
